Just heard that MCA of the Beastie Boys has passed. Wow, that is a bummer. My thoughts go out to his family and friends. The second album I ever bought as a kid was License to Ill. It had a real long term impact on my musical taste. I still listen to the Beastie’s to this day. MCA you will be missed…
Stained glass is quite addictive. I have been doing it for over 15 years and can’t get enough of it. For the free floating details on the Day of the Dead pieces, I actually used either copper foil sheets or tape which was burnished onto the glass and then hand cut using an Xacto knife.
